All orders are subject to acceptance by the company and dependant upon the availability of products ordered at any given time.

If for any reason we are out of stock of a particular product at the time of your order, your request will be retained as a “back order” and when stocks become available we will contact you, at which time you will have the option to purchase the product or cancel the “back order”

All goods supplied by wagyubiltong remain the property of the company until paid for in full by the customer.

All orders for goods sold ex stock can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch, all ex stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, with two exceptions, any orders received after 12 noon on a Friday, and large orders received after 12 noon on a Thursday and, where a courier service is utilised. These can be cancelled up to noon on the following Monday.

The price of goods is, as displayed on our website at the time of the order and as indicated on our order confirmation, as communicated to you by email, before your order is dispatched. Special, discounted products are only available at the time the special price is advertised and is always subject to the availability of stock. Special price promotions being “only valid while stocks last”, can, and will, be withdrawn at any time without notice.

By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you. We will not refund the cost of returning the item. You must inform us before returning the item(s). To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to us in the same condition you received it. We cannot refund any costs for items returned damaged by yourself.

All credit and debit cards payments are processed through World Pay or Paypal, If however you are still not comfortable with using the internet for card payments, please call us on 020 8547 3845. We will be happy to process your order manually.

All prices shown are inclusive of all United Kingdom Duties, Taxes and VAT ruling at the time of purchase, and pertaining to the specific commodities concerned.

The price of any goods sold and delivered to a customer outside the United Kingdom will be reduced by the amount of VAT levied on particular commodities. Excluding deliveries to the Channel Islands, and The Isle of Man.

All import duties and taxes in foreign countries are for the account of the importer. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer (importer) to make all or any enquiries with the authorities in their home country as to the legality of the importation of the goods they wish to purchase and the rate of taxes, duties, VAT or GST applicable to their importation.

The courier delivers Monday to Friday up until 9pm. Saturday deliveries incur a charge of £30 at time of writing. If the courier cannot deliver the package to the address or as stated on the note, they will leave a note. The parcel can then be collected at the depot stated on the note. This is usually the nearest Post Office.

USA/CANADA – We do not ship to these locations. Your order will be cancelled and refunded.

4 – Euro Zone 2 – standard – £4 – Corsica, Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Azores, Balearics, Maderia, Sardinia, Sicily, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovinia, Sweden, Switzerland.

**All time scales are subject to stock levels and selected courier terms and conditions. There will be no deliveries on the Bank holidays. Wagyu Biltong will not be liable for delays due to third party carriers. All orders received after 11:00 Hrs on any given day will only be processed the following working day. “Working Day” means Monday to Friday excluding bank Holidays.

Any purchase of any weight will be delivered as per the chosen delivery service within the UK.

The delivery charge for larger orders will be advised at the time of order confirmation. Larger deliveries to any part of the world can be arranged, at a price to be quoted, place your order through our website in the normal way and we will respond with a fixed price confirmation of your order.

Deliveries are effected by Royal Mail / Business post or by courier service, the mode of delivery is entirely at the companies discretion, generally the decision is made in terms of the size and weight of the order with, smaller orders being delivered by mail and larger orders by courier. Your order confirmation will confirm the mode of delivery to be used.

Our order confirmation will advise of our estimated delivery date.

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that there is someone available at the delivery address to accept the delivery.

If for any reason the is no one available at the delivery address at the time delivery is attempted all redelivery charges will be for the buyers account. If you have any doubts in this regard please arrange delivery to a business address.

This condition will not be waived under any circumstances, and no cancellation of the order will be accepted if the reason for the cancellation is related to this attempted delivery, in any way whatsoever.

Any delivery date indicated by the company, is an estimate, given by the company in good faith and the company cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage suffered by the buyer by a delayed delivery.

While every effort is made to dispatch orders timorously and by the use of professional delivery companies we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

We pride ourselves by offering 100% customer satisfaction, and we stand by all the products we deliver. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, any claims for loss, damage or for any other reason must be notified to us in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Please pay particular attention to the condition of the outer packaging at the time of delivery and if there is any indication of damage please note this fact on the delivery note. It is not sufficient to sign for a delivery with a notation “goods not checked”.

Any claims for loss or damage will not be entertained unless advised in writing within the specified period of 24 hours after delivery.

If the buyer, being the consumer, is not entirely satisfied for any other reason, a further reasonable time is allowed for inspection of the goods under The Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Any claims for loss or damage, recognised by the company, will be rectified by the immediate replacement of the lost or damaged goods or a full refund of the purchase price.

We store only your user name, and contact information for delivery and accounting purposes. We will not sell, rent, or share your details with any other organisation without your written consent. This information will be changed or deleted at any time upon request.
