Wagyu Boerewors 400g
Our Wagyu Boerewors is made using prime F1 Wagyu beef from the prestigious Highland Wagyu, who are the top Wagyu producer in the UK. We use sheep casing for a thinner boerewors as this is an extremely rich meat.
The result of using Wagyu Beef to make boerewors is a more moist, fattier dried sausage. As the fat is high in monounsaturated fats, there is no fatty layer left on your pallet
F1 Wagyu is a pure bred Wagyu crossed with pure bred Aberdeen Angus.
